How to beat 3-2n-2w-3

Can you pleas tell me your opinion how to play against:

DC DC DC
MC MC
AML AMR
ST ST ST

We are about the same quality (comparing the players that actually plaing he is better then me). I played with him a lot of games (3 seasons together) but can't find aformation that beats him. I played 4-1-4-1 it was draw; I played 3-3w(ml mc mr)-2w-2 two times but again draw. I lost other formations like 4-5-1V. One of the times he lost to othrs (weak teams) 4-4-2 so I won this formation one time but he improved his dc players and other two games with him ended with draw.

He has narrow defence so AML/AMR should be good. I'd go for something like 4-5-1 V-style, but you say you've tried that and lost. A good order would be to play down the flanks. Long passes with counter attack. Alternatively you could try 4-2-2-2 hexagon.

Flanks you mean AML/AMR or DL/DR or both?
