Well, a League match is coming soon, and i created a formation against mine opponent. I dont know its good or not, maybe something to change, well, give me your opinion about it!
Mentality - normal
Focus passing - mixed
Pressing - whole pitch
Passing - mixed
It will work better with 313W12, that way you will have 3 players against one DC.
It seems that your midfield will have one Man short but you have 4 players in the back and only 2 to mark.
Pressing all pitch during all game, make them lose condition faster, so in second half you can start to lose possession because of that.
