He has a very strong midfield with orientation to defense, so if we look more simple it's another 3-5-2 variation. you can overcome him by choosing 4-4-2, DR/DL BLUE, MR/mL RED, normal, mixed pass, counter ON. try to tweak the game in process, if you'll need more pressure you can put your MC's to RED arrows
