3N-5-2 is the best option in my opinion. He is very defensive, so you shouldn't need DR DL nor DMC; you can take advantage of that to dominate the center with 5 midfielders and, consequently, a lot of ball possession. Additionally, his quality is poor (specially only 1 * one of his two MC), so you should have 65/70% ball possession, and therefore great probability to win without many problems. Start with normal mentality, change to offensive in the 2nd half if still tied.
