Over Defensive formation! help

i have a very important game against this formation

This team has the same quality as my team.

How can i win this formation and what are the orders to give

ps: i don't have DML/DMR players.

Narrow diamond, center, blue arrows in DL DC. Normal mentality better than attacking, he will problably use defensive with CA.
