My advise: 4-4-1-1. DL DR to counter his AML AMR, AMC to take advantage of his lack of DMC, 4 midfilders to gain posession. Similar option would be 4-3n-1-2, focus passings through the middle. I think you wouldn't need OT or CA in either option.

I would use 3-2-2-1-2. DML & DMR to counter his AML and AMR. 5 Midfielders for more possession vs his 3, AMC to attack for his lack of DMC and 2 ST to finish off.
