if you want to counter 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond, 4-1-3w-2 isnt the right formation, 4-1-3n-2 is the right formation. right orders for the 4-1-3n-2 are attacking, mixed focus, mixed passing, hard tackling (if your opponent is similar quality to you, higher quality than you, or about 5 lower than your quality)/normal tackling (if opponent is more than 5 qualities lower than you), own half pressing (whole pitch if he is getting lots of counter attacks) and zonal marking. NO counter and NO offside trap.

by the way, 4-1-3n-2 with those orders has worked very well for me against the 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond before. you use those orders you should be fine. also red arrows are on the two ST and your middle MC.
