Is your quality better than your opponent ? And are you using a aml and amr in your 3N - 1 - 4 - 2 ?

Thanks for for the replay. My team plays 3N-1-4-2 formation. Just wanted to know in general what tactics orders to use. Team mentality etc..mixed/short passing...through the middle or down both flanks?
