what the hell is this formation????

Hi All

I'm playing a team tonight and noticed his formation is really blooming weird - its

.................................................. ..............DL - DC - DC - DR

.................................................. ........................ DMC

.................................................. .............................MC - MR

.................................................. ........... AML AMC

.................................................. ..................ST

I have tried to put the players in the correct position as he seems to be playing his sole striker on the left hand side of his set up.
Our overall ratings are very similar - mine 39.3 his 38.1.
My normal formation is either 4-2-2W-2 or 4-2-3W-1 with red arows on AMR,AML DL and DR but this foramtion has got me thinking what the hell??

Can any one please help or offer advice?
