Tactics depend on strengths of squads:

Mentality: att
Focus Pass: Both flanks
Pressing: whole pitch (you stronger) / Own Half (opp stronger)
Pass style: mixed
Marking: zonal
Counter: Yes if pressing own half / No whole pitch
Off side: No if own half / Yes in whole pitch

i mostly lose against ND if i play 4-1-4-1.
