The arrow are for motivation. In basic it is without arrow. Some are adding arrows like:

1. You can add red arrow to the AMC and blue arrow to the DMC to balance
2. red arrows to the MC. but in my opinion it might disturb. it force the MC to try score. Anyway, in that case, mixed passing as well.
3. red arrows on DL/DR.

you have to decide yourself which one is better for you or to try different case in the same game.
