My opponent is this formation... what should I use to bet him??

Personally I have faced this twice. both times I beat it playing 4-4-2 with a superior opponent. Long passing. defence my own half. attacking both sides. Hard attacking. if the opponent is inferior you can play "force counter" and if his ST's are slower than your defenders, then play offside trap. if not don't. You should be fine.
