I am no pro, but would try 4-3N-2W-1 or 4-5-1 against him. Reason: His 2ST and AML/AMR must be controlled with a 4 player defense, I would use 3 MCs to gain good possesion vs. a stronger opponent and in the attack I would go mixed passing down both flanks with AMR/AML or motivated ML/MR because of his DMC blocking the center. If you sense that he strengthens his defense with a blue DMC you can sub in a 2nd ST and go for 4-2-2W-2 hexagon, but I would try to get possesion in midfield. When you select AML and AMR motivate your DL/DR red to close the gap between your defense and offensive wingers.
Without match engine flaws you should be good. Good luck.

thank you for your response, before i saw your answer i played with a 4-4-2 classic with motivated DL /ML DR/MR and attacked through the middle, i had 58% of ball possession and i ended 1-1 (i have wasted a lot of occasions and my attacking was more powerful than his)
i have to play the away game tomorrow and i will try one of the tactics you advised me and i will post the result next.
ps: your answer was really pro though
