Please guide my formation going up against 4-1-2-1-2

blue arrows on most central dc , attack if opponent weaker,defend if stronger, long ball , both flanks , zonal marking,counter on , offside off ,tackling style i use is hard..........i use your formation quite a lot for teams coming at me from down the middle.....and have been really successful with it.....probably only lost 1 game out of 20 with that formation against central playing teams
