How to counter 4-1-3N-2

Tonight I have a very important match against the team in 1st position.
He plays 4-1-3N-2 formation & his team play at home.

Can any experience manager give me a advice how to counter this formation?

Butterfly or 4-4-2c

I don't have AML, so cannot play butterfly formation.
How about the order ( mentality,passing style,focus passing...) if i plays 4-4-2 classic formation?

The basic orders are attack down both flanks with mixed passing
and up to ur flanks. Good luck.

Next round I have away match against a strong team & he uses 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond.
I think about using 3-1DMC-4-2 formation.
Do u have any idea?
