How to know my opp. orders and tactics ?!

How to know my opponent tactics&orders while the game going on ?
like if he plays (Hard attacking, attacking, normal) ?
if he playes (hard, normal) tackling ?
    force counterattacks ?
if he put win bonous or not ?
is there a way to know these ??!

I don't believe there is a way to know for sure.

The only way is to watch the statistics:
-if you are behind in shots
-if a player s not mentioned in the comments
-if he misses more than twice 1 on 1 with the GK
    Change something:
    -tactics
    -formations
    -add arrows
-change the placement of players in the field(MC's ST's between them)
    See what works.

There is no way to know for sure what orders the opp plays.
Level 1 - League 3rd place (started late, in the season)
Level 2 - League 2nd place, CL 2nd place (both due to troll results)
    Level 3 - League 1st place, CL 1st place, Cup (lev 6) 3rd place
    Level 4 - League 1st place, CL 1st place

Bought 28 Tokens, referrals 32 Tokens, won 3 Tokens.
