My opp. quality close for that of me ..
    he's playing 5-4-1 flat ..
    I'm playing with 4-5-1 V most of games ..

Can my formation be effective ? or I need to change it ?
and in the two cases , which orders&tactics you recommend ?

3-5-2 and 4-4-2 work for me.
    90% of the times.
If you have a better team, 4-5-1 V might work.
My 4-1-4-1 worked for me so far.
Level 1 - League 3rd place (started late, in the season)
Level 2 - League 2nd place, CL 2nd place (both due to troll results)
    Level 3 - League 1st place, CL 1st place, Cup (lev 6) 3rd place
    Level 4 - League 1st place, CL 1st place

Bought 28 Tokens, referrals 32 Tokens, won 3 Tokens.

I would favour any formation with 2 strikers and AT LEAST 2 mcs. The rest is up to you arrows/orders.
