is it wise to keep changing formation to counter opponent's formation? I keep losing

I keep losing because im changing to different formation. Is it wise to do so.. I see higher teams just use one formation for all games. Should I be doing the same

If you have the better team, it is.
But not all the counters work. You should look at the opp past games, and form your own oppinion.
And for f%^&%&^%k sake, change the formations/tactics, ingame, if they don't work.
If you are 20% to 30% weaker in quality, your only chance is to play counter, 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2 ND.(and pray)
