How to beat 4-1-2-2-1?

Hi guys,

Need som advice from some of the more experienced players. I'm having this important league match against a team with 32.3 quality (I have 35.2). Last I played this team I lost with 1-2 at home.

I'm thinking of a 3-1-4-2 what do you guys think of that?

If my opponent use 2AMCs instead of AMR & AML?
Should I use the same suggested above formation? I used to play 4-4-2 and 4-5-1V. any suggestion would be much appreciated. thx guys.
