Best tactics to use on 4,4,2 please

I have a final tonight and one tomorrow, and against both teams 4,4,2 seems to be the one they struggle against.

I normally use 3,5,2 v , so can anyone help with the best tactics to use.

FINAL 1 i would play 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1 with Blue arrows on the 2 DCs. Tactics if the team quality is lower than yours Mentality: Attacking and Better. Defensive. Passing down both flanks..Pressing Whole Pitch..Tackling Normal..Passing style Long..Marking style man on man. Counter Attack on ad Offside Trap OFF.
FINAL 2 i would play a 5-1(DMC)-2-2 with blue arrows on the 2 DCs. Tactics if the team quality is lower than yours Mentality: Attacking and Better. Defensive. Passing Mixed.. Pressing Whole Pitch.. Tackling normal.. Passing style Mixed..Marking man on man. Counter Attack on and Offside trap OFF.
