You definitely want to attack his (non-existant) flanks. I'd suggest AML/AMR/1ST, but your 2nd ST is pretty talented, so I'd start with a simple 442 (attack down the wings, and red arrows for the wingers)) and if you fall behind, press your 2 wingers forward to AML/AMR (4-2-2w-2 "Hex", and add red arrows to your DR/DLs). Also, I'd go with short passing to really dominate the possession.
Also, if you fall behind, you can gamble and trade out a back line defender for another midfielder. If you do that, switch to offside trap. It's a big gamble because of the skill of his strikers, but it'll give you more possession.
