i'd probably go for 4-2dmc-3n-1. this formation should counter his defenders and give you more balance down the middle. Also 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond is not a good suggestion, as putting an AMC would be pointless as he uses a DMC to counter it.
4-2dmc-3n-1 would be played with through the middle, attacking, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter and no offside with red arrows on middle MC and the two STs.
