How to beat a 4-1-4(AML,AMC,AMC,AMR)-1

i'd probably go for 4-2dmc-3n-1. this formation should counter his defenders and give you more balance down the middle. Also 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond is not a good suggestion, as putting an AMC would be pointless as he uses a DMC to counter it.
4-2dmc-3n-1 would be played with through the middle, attacking, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter and no offside with red arrows on middle MC and the two STs.

What will using red arrows on a ST do? or blue arrows on a DC when they cant move forward or back more?
