4-2n-3-1 strange formation- Any ideas what counter this

It should be 4-2-3-1 I think..
I don`t believe in countering formations, I Won with 4-2-2-2 against this formation. Counter for this formation is 3N-2-2-2-1, also Narrow diamond will work.
Attacking mentality, With Hexagon focus passes both flanks with Narrow diamond Through the middle pressing whole pitch.
