It is a good formation especially agaonst ND, 4-3N-3,4-1-3N-2 or any other formation that plays through the middle. Its weakness is that it does not jave any wing defence(DL/DR or DML/DMR). So any formation with AMLs and AMRs or MLs and MRs going down the flanks can easily score against it.
Orders should be Normal/Attacking, Down boyh flanks, Hard rackling, Mixed passing, press whole pitch, yes to counter and offside
