How to win 4-3W-1-2 Fomation?

Hey Guy!

I have the game ,who used the 4-3W-1-2 formation in this evening,and I used 3N-1-4-2 ,but I lost 2-0 in the end !
My team is stronger than he !
Anybody can tell me what can I win this formation?
I played attacking ,mixed pass !

I need your help !
Please!

4-5-1 V style up AML/AMR

Both flanks, deffensive, long passes, hard tackling, own pitch, counter-attack, zonal

I dont know Why but i have seen that 3W in midfield work good against 4.
Against that formation i normaly use 413W2, with red arrows in ML/MR i sometimes also use 313W21 because i have 2 good AMCs.

i was go with Narrow diamond attacking throw the middle..your dl and dr can stop his wingers...your dmc stop his amc ofcourse..and then you have an advantage that you have amc when he dont have dmc to stop your amc..alo you have an advantage in the middle that you have 2mc and he have just one in the middle..i was go with attacking mentality...preasure whole pitch because he attack with 5-6 attacking players..mixed passing...no counter attack and no offside trap...hard tackling...zonal marking..you can put red arrows to dl and dr to support your attacking..put blue arrow to your dmc..good luck
