Tactics and orders to 2 league

I'm a new guy on this forum, and I've some questions about this game.
I was on 2nd place in pervious season. I lose or draw some matches now in the 2nd level.
Which of tactics I should play? Please help me as soon as you can.

Yout strenghth doesn't seem o be on your wings, so I'ld probably go 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond. But hey, I'm still a newbie here as well.
