hello, i have some options which could help you
3-2-2-2-1 butterfly (this is good as it defends the 3 strikers, and you have some extra edge on the wings, plus when i tried it it also helped avoid the oppositions AMC) attacking, down both flanks, short, zonal, own half, hard tackling, with no offside and no counter with red arrows on AML/R and ST.
4-1-3n-2 - attacking, mixed, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter, no offside with arrows on middle MC and both STs.
4-4-2 classic - attacking, down both flanks, short/mixed passing, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter, no offside, with arrows on ML/MR and both STs, if you need extra attack add them on DL/DR.
3n-5-2v style - attacking, down both flanks, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, no counter and yes offside. arrows on AML/R and both STs

i'd recommend however starting with a 4-1-3n-2 or 3n-5-2v style.

    good luck
