My personally is use 4-5-1

With blue arrow for DR,DL and 3 MC . Red arrow for ST
Mentality : Defensive
Focus Passing : Thru the middle
Pressing : Own half
Tackling : Hard ( maybe normal cuz you can be tooken cards )
Long passing
Man-on-man
Force counterattacks
No offside .
