i'd actually go with something like the 3n-1-3n-2w-1.
attacking, down both flanks, mixed, zonal, own half, hard tackling, offside yes and no counter. red arrows on AML/R and ST

4-4-2 works best. If you have a good defence, you could probably get a clean sheet. Normal if you are stronger. Defensive Counter if you are weaker.
