frustration from my formation--pls help!!

Hey guys
ok so my formation is 3N - 1 - 4 - 2
Attacking
Mixed passing
Pressing own half
Tackling normal
Short passing

Almost all of my squad is 6*

I just had my 5th game without winning, all of my oponents are weaker than me by at least 5 point quality!!
my possession is high 60-65 in all my matches, shots on target 6 out of 18 average.
training every day practice match and cardio\stretching.
I am about to give up this season and quit playing until next season! Is this one of those season's that no matter what you gonna do...nothing will change it.

Should i switch to 3-4-3?

Are you frustrated because you are not scoring or conceding goals?
Also, by not winning, does this mean you are drawing or losing matches, against the weaker teams?

What happens against stronger teams? Or are there not that many that you come across?

Lots more questions, cause I use the same formation....like form, where's the goals coming from, etc.

Are you using arrows?

go to, the oficial managers association, and you will read my opinions. Too that 3 defenders are not good idea. (my viewpoints, that simple)

First there is no team in the real world that plays whit 3 dc

I'm using 3-4-3/3-1(dm)-3-3 and it's perfectly suit with my squad, but I'm just lvl 2 :D

TIP: Just because you set orders to attacking does not mean that you will definitely win/score

Try switching to Normal. I'm using 3-1-4-2 consistently, normal/defensive mentality. I probably have the 2nd strongest starting 11 in my league, but I don't turn on attacking mode, because it exposes the 3 man defense to counters, esp if your DMC suddenly has an off day.

try to put all on average, so do not play attacking, play normal, and remove all arrows. see what is happening. when i play this formation, and i often do, i play like this. this formation is attacking one enough for itself, so you dont need to tell them attack.

Thanks everyone for the quick response.
so i have changed to normal mentality, and removed the arrows from my flanks.
am doing mixed passing and pressure on own half.
hope it will be alright now, as i haven't won for the last 5 games (all draw).
i'll tell you guys how it goes

for me i like playing 3n-1-4-2 with attacking, down both flanks, mixed, zonal, whole pitch if at home/own half if away, hard tackling, no counter, yes offside trap. arrows on ML/MR and STs

Also remember this game tends to play cycles as well (eg injuries, cards, goals.) The main thing is to ride out the bad patch when it does come and by you not losing is good, but not winning is not so great.

I usually do the same, start off pretty neutral and adjust with arrows/orders according to how the match starts and progresses. When I need more shots on target I put arrows on my strikers for instance.
