frustration from my formation--pls help!!

Hey guys
ok so my formation is 3N - 1 - 4 - 2
Attacking
Mixed passing
Pressing own half
Tackling normal
Short passing

Almost all of my squad is 6*

I just had my 5th game without winning, all of my oponents are weaker than me by at least 5 point quality!!
my possession is high 60-65 in all my matches, shots on target 6 out of 18 average.
training every day practice match and cardio\stretching.
I am about to give up this season and quit playing until next season! Is this one of those season's that no matter what you gonna do...nothing will change it.
