How to beat this formation 4-3N-2-1?

4-4-1-1 or 4-4-2 classic maybe ? How about your team ?

This is my current formation

I prefer with 4-4-1-1 againts 4-3N-2W(aml-amr)-1. Usually works for me. But I don't have experience againts that form (aml-amc).
