Angry How could this formation humiliated my team?

Hello I had a champions League match against this guy with a weird formation. He won 6-0 and he also won in every aspect. Possession, precision, shots, everything.

    I used my traditional 4-5-1

Foe the future what can I do so that I'm the one that wins? Is that formation even legal?

    Thanks.

    Here is the thing...

It's legal, has wings, mids, people in position correctly. It's just asymmetrical. I would be interested in what others have to say, since I too have issues with these weird formations.

I try my favorite formation, and if that doesn't work the next match I play 4 4 2 and get a tie, that sort of result against things like you faced there. I'd like to know what others do, to get the win....

I would try 3 Defenders (DC_DC_DC), and a MDC, to act against his attackers and AMC.
I would try 4 Middlefielders to control the center. (MR-MC-MC-ML)
    2 ST
Attack in the middle. with mixed pass...Since you have nothing to do, but Victory, try attack.
But I really dont know if it works

It should, he blocks the flanks and attacks through the center.
So when you block the center and also attack through the center you should be fine.

How could this formation humiliated my team?-image.jpg This is what I would use sometimes too, in this case I noticed that my rival had weaker left, so I went with "the Dutch formation or also total football" attacking his left flank
If a man has the right attitude, even if he is average, he'll work hard enough to play well. As long as he thinks he can be good, that's all that counts.
