How to beat 3-2W-3N-2

Hello, can you help me with a strategy against this formation?

I'm playing away, in the first fixture I lost 1-0 with better possesion for me, using 4-1-2-1-2.

My squad is pretty capable, all my players are 58-59 (5*) or 60 (6*).
The guy only drawed once and never lost this season and his team quality matches mine.
