I Never train player under 80% condition, that way i do not have more that 2/3 injurys season during training.
but we need a better way to improve players, that's a slow one
so don't train, play friendlies! :D (I got injuries in friendlies anyway, thought my friends use hard tackle against me:mad:)
If you train them only so much as they won't be less than 95% for the next match and no less that 70% it seems to help...and keep improving turf. :)
