I Never train player under 80% condition, that way i do not have more that 2/3 injurys season during training.
THIS GAME IS TO RANDOM! I STOP WAISTING MY TIME!
but we need a better way to improve players, that's a slow one
so don't train, play friendlies! (I got injuries in friendlies anyway, thought my friends use hard tackle against me)
If you train them only so much as they won't be less than 95% for the next match and no less that 70% it seems to help...and keep improving turf.
