Tip how to beat 3-2-3-2

Here i'll share my tip how to beat 3-2-3-2. And the result always work great for me. Hope you follow my succeed to beat that formation too.
I always use 4-4-2C to beat 3-2-3-2, here's the 4-4-2C



Order : Attacking mentality, down both flanks, own half, normal/hard tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking. No force counter attack and No offside trap.

And i don't know why 4-4-2C can beat 3-2-3-2. The logic, the wings of 4-4-2 should stopped by wings bek. But it's work for unknown reason on this game.
