i would go with 3w-4-1-2....if your team is stronger u need only one cd to stop his st plus the rb and lb always help the cd...with with your 5 mid u plus help from the fullbacks when attacking you outnumber his 6 mids and with the 2 stikers u threat his goalpost. My 2 cents against that team....red arrows on the fullbacks normal/attacking down both flanks mixed passing hard tackling whole pitch press and counter on
