what is the best tactic vs 4-3N-1-2?

Hello there, pplease help me to win against 4-3n-1-2, i tried before 3-5-2V and 4-5-1V- draw in both games.what am i doing wrong?thanks for advices!

i`m late to read yr reply i time, but i win 1-0!) i used tactic almost like this but i first time decided to try 3 defs wide,so my tactic was like 3w-3n-3w-1
