How to beat 4-3-1-2

Hello everyone:
Tomorrow I'm going to play the return against this team

Even though I've lost 3-0 the first game, I'd like to know if you could give me some advices in order to win this game (I have to win at least 3-0)

Currently, I'm using 4-4-2

Try 4-1-3-2. I always used this formation when I played against 4-3-1-2. Normal/defensive mentality, through the middle, own half with counter-attacks, zonal, combined passing. I guess it will do it.
