How to beat 4-2-2-2 Hexagon

today I play against the first of my league who use the 4-2-2-2 Hexagon
How can I counter it ?
It's important because I didn't win since 4 matchs...

4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond or 4-3n-1-2 works fine for me. i won 5-2 last time against a 4-2-2-2 hexagon using 4-3n-1-2.

orders for 4-3n-1-2 - attacking, through the middle, short, zonal, own half, hard, no counter, no offside. arrows on AMC and ST.
