strange 3-3-2-2 team

I lost 2-1 away to a similar annoying formation 3N-3DMC/DMR/DML-2MC-2ST just today. Although my possession is 52 over 48 by using 442 classic; i got a red card for my DMC at 79 min and lost 1 goal there. gee.
Any suggestion would be great for my home game against this annoying team.

Any thought? 5-3-2 defensive?
