You can try attack his right side.
Because he just have MR, if you have AMC, try to put two AMC to attack (actually one AMC is ok if you ST is good)
His MR how many start and stats, if 5 start and nice stats. You need very good DL DC

And your defender should have DC DMC

use 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-1-2

As you can see the teams are similar quality,i have a small advantage
average quality 44.7 and 43.5 for him
by the way his MR is almost a 6 stars player and average a stats of 7, but i have strong defense overall
