Which is the ball possession penalty if you use a ML(left midfielder) in the position of a MC?(central mid.) (one ilegal player position in the team)

There is no penalty if a player doesn't plau at his position

I already played with 3 players out of position without seing any diference.

Yes it doesn't matter if he CAN play out of position, I often make my ST play as an AMC
