Prove in some friendlies to put 3 red arrows in the 2 DC's and the DMC and 7 red arrows to the other players.

and more important, that's to obtain more of the game, if, in 50 minutes of match you, don't see the name of a MC or ST, change this for antother. That's a +1 point for you as a manager if you can know how your team plays, in what players you can have confidance, or, what player put in the minute 75' that can score in the 50% of times.
