Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

I was looking for posts here, that contained possible counters for formations that still currently are 'unsolved'.

4-2-2-2 hexagon is simply beaten by 4-4-2 classic. Tested and works perfect.

4-2-2-2 Hexagon seems to get beat by any formation that has a flat 4 in midfield.

in this thread it is said that the best way to counter the 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond is by using a 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1.
However, in the "How to Win Against Any Formation?" thread, this formation is added as the 2nd best formation to beat the 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond. The first formation to use to counteract the 4-1-2-1-2 ND in that thread is actually the 4-5-1 V.
perhaps it could be added to the first page in this thread?

your right here I used 4-5-1 twice this season to play against the ND.
