I thought the butterfly was effective against 4-2-2-2 hexagon... It seems the logical choice to me because the DML and DMR block their AML and AMR, the 2 MCs mark their MCs and that leaves you with 3 DCs against 2 strikers. And it's effective on the counter as your AML/AMR will hurt their DL/DR.

I'm not too sure about 3N-1-4-2 against it as it seems quite dodgy at the back against their AML/AMR. But I will test this tomorrow in the CL. I play against a 4-2-2-2, first half will be butterfly and if that doesn't work I will switch to 3N-1-4-2. I will inform you of my findings.
