Sometimes it depends on your rating stars player.. I would suggest if you want to buy a player, bid with maximum star rating. Balance all position in your squad with same star rating. About formation, i think it depends on you on what formation is suitable for your team. The different is tactical weather attacking, normal or defensive. I would suggest to go for normal tactical because your player will not get tired when go to second half. Plus do some investment to buy a token.
