Any suggestion on how to beat this? His average quality is a bit higher then mine tho.

4-1-2-1-2 seems to vary alot, and hard to counter, even with 3-1-4-2 or 3-5-2 V, but mostly I would choose these 2 formation, focus passing on flanks to fight against it, the rest will be depend on game engine and lucks
