How to Win against 4-1-3w-2

I need 2 or 3 different formations that will beat 4-1-3w-2

and those formations not to use , Thankyou

Anyone faced this formation 4-1-3Wide-2 , i played it twice, won 2-1 and a 1-1 draw but i should now be doing better against this with a better side any ideas welcome
